Soda Ash Dense

Soda Ash Dense is produced by hydrating Soda Ash Light and then dehydrating it to create larger, heavier crystals. This grade is preferred in industries where dust reduction and high-volume processing are critical.

Key Characteristics: Higher bulk density, larger particle size, and superior flowability with minimal dust generation.
Primary Applications:
- Glass Manufacturing: The most significant consumer of Soda Ash Dense. It acts as a flux, lowering the melting temperature of silica (SiO2) to save energy and improve the durability of container, flat, and fiber glass.
